The Council of Ministers of the OSCE will meet for the first time without Russia — Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Dmytro Kuleba
Russia is a member of the OSCE, but on November 18, Poland announced that it will not admit the Russian delegation to the meeting of the ministers of the member countries. On December 1-2, a meeting of the Council of Ministers of the OSCE is to be held in Łódź, Poland.
"It is right. They only pretend to negotiate. They only imitate diplomacy. And in fact, they made their choice: this choice is war and war crimes," says Dmytro Kuleba.
