Russia does not want peace, but only a truce to restore forces - Volodymyr Zelenskyy — during the International Security Forum in Halifax

Zelenskyy says that territorial concessions and changes in sovereignty cannot be called peace. 

He recalled the Ukrainian formula "10 Steps to Peace", which should end the war and provide Ukraine with security.  According to the President of Ukraine, it is the only way to peace.

Earlier, these steps were presented at the G20 meeting and during the UN General Assembly. Now Volodymyr Zelenskyy calls on world leaders to help implement them.
