Ombudsman Lubinets to meet with Russian Ombudsman Moskalkova in Turkey

The meeting will take place in a few days. Dmytro Lubinets and Tatyana Moskalkova will discuss the exchange of prisoners of war.
In addition, Lubinets wants to discuss the release of civilians abducted by Russians.
"We are receiving positive signals that they are ready to consider this issue," the ombudsman said.
