Germany is going to impose an embargo on Russian oil from January 1

Germany wants to stop oil supplies through the Druzhba pipeline, instead it will increase fuel supplies by tankers and is negotiating with Poland on the use of ports in Gdansk.

"We are always preparing for the fact that there is a future, even if there will be no more oil supplies from Russian pipelines," German Chancellor Olaf Scholz said.
