Zelenskyy denies any involvement of Ukraine in the Nord Stream attacks

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that Ukraine has nothing to do with the attacks on the Nord Stream gas pipeline.

He said this during a press conference with the Prime Minister of Finland Sanna Marin.

In Zelenskyy's opinion, such reports are attempts to slow down assistance to Ukraine.

"I think it is very dangerous that some independent media, which I have always respected, are taking such steps," he said.

In his opinion, this plays into the hands of the Russian Federation and business groups interested in not imposing sanctions.

It will be recalled that recently the ARD, SWR, and Zeit journalists found that the ship used to attack the Nord Stream gas pipelines was carried out was rented from a Polish company and owned by two Ukrainians. However, so far, German investigators have not been able to establish who was behind the attack.
