Wreckage of another Russian drone found in Romania near Plaura
The wreckage of drones "similar to those used by the Russian army" has been found near the town of Plaura in Romania.
The President of Romania wrote about this on his Twitter account.
Klaus Iohannis called the incident "an absolutely unacceptable violation of Romania's sovereign airspace".
"I strongly condemn this violation of our sovereign airspace, which poses a threat to Romanian citizens in the area," said Romanian President Klaus Iohannis.
The Romanian president discussed the new findings of the Romanian authorities with NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg.
"The NATO Secretary General expressed the full solidarity of the Alliance and its members with Romania," the president added.
It will be recalled that during the attack on the port of Izmail in the Odesa region, the wreckage of Russian drones fell on the territory of Romania. The Romanian side, which had long denied this fact, eventually admitted that Russian drones had fallen.
