Ukraine returns 130 service members from Russian captivity

Ukraine has returned 130 servicemen from Russian captivity - 126 men and four women.

The Head of the Presidential Office, Andrii Yermak, and the Coordination Headquarters for the Treatment of Prisoners of War reported this. 

These are combatants of the Armed Forces, the National Guard, the State Border Guard Service and the State Specialized Service of Ukraine. 

Among them are 87 defenders of Mariupol, 71 of whom are from Azovstal.

Ukraine also returned 35 soldiers who fought in the Donetsk sector.

Most soldiers returned home with injuries and illnesses acquired in combat and during captivity.
