The Vatican once again decides to jointly involve Russians and Ukrainians in prayer service of the Way of the Cross

This year, the event includes the stories of Russian and Ukrainian teenagers.

Vatican's broadcast published the plan of the Way of the Cross.

Last year, during the prayer, two women, from Russia and Ukraine each, held the cross together. Despite the criticism of this decision, this year, the Vatican has made a similar decision again.

The tenth station of the Way of the Cross includes the stories of teenagers from Ukraine and Russia. A minor from Ukraine testifies about leaving Mariupol during the full-scale invasion, staying in Italy, and returning to Ukraine.

A Russian teenager tells of his brother's death in the war and asks Jesus to make "peace in the world so that we can all be brothers."
