The UN Security Council did not adopt a draft resolution proposed by Russia to establish a commission of inquiry into military biological activities of Ukraine and the United States — the Washington Post
Only Russia and China voted in favour of the resolution.
The US, UK and France voted against it, and ten other countries of the UN Security Council abstained.
