The Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office has referred to court the case of undeclared property of one of the MPs

The SAPO and the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine believe that one of the people's deputies hid the fact that he owns a villa in Spain. Earlier, the Schemes project reported that Artur Herasymov from the European Solidarity party has such real estate.

The SAPO published a video of the delivery of the indictment to the MP.

The person, whose face is hidden, refused to take the document, closed the car door, and drove away.

The Schemes project reported that MP Artur Herasymov may own a villa in Spain. An extract from the Spanish real estate register showed that he had a house in Xàbia registered in his name.

However, Herasymov's 2020 declaration does not contain any such property.

The total value of the undeclared property belonging to the unnamed people's deputy is ₴8 million.

The maximum penalty for this crime is two years in prison.
