According to the Centre of National Resistance, the Wagner mercenaries from Belarus are going to Niger, Libya, Sudan, Mali, Central African Republic and Mozambique.
"In all of these countries, the Kremlin has its colonial and geopolitical interests and supports either the junta or the rebels," the report says.
A smaller part of the PMC militants will remain to instruct the special units of the Belarusian Interior Ministry to counter a possible rebellion against self-proclaimed President Lukashenka or sign a contract with the Russian Ministry of Defence to fight against Ukraine.
