The number of Russian troops in Belarus has decreased

The State Border Guard Service of Ukraine has recorded a decrease in the number of Russian troops in Belarus.

SBGS Spokesman Andrii Demchenko reported this, Ukrinform quoted.

Currently, the number of Russian soldiers in Belarus is about 4,000.

This is because Russia has withdrawn from the territory of Belarus those units that have already undergone military training. The trained units have now returned to Russia to be deployed, in particular to the east of Ukraine.
