The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine reacted to the fact that Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban came to a football match with a scarf depicting Hungary with a part of Ukrainian territory

Spokesman for the Ministry Oleg Nikolenko said that Ukraine is waiting for an official apology from the Hungarian side and refutation of encroachments on the territorial integrity of Ukraine.

"Promoting the ideas of revisionism in Hungary does not contribute to the development of Ukrainian-Hungarian relations and does not comply with the principles of European policy," the spokesman said.

The Ukrainian Foreign Ministry will invite the Hungarian ambassador to discuss the incident.
