The International Monetary Fund improves its forecast for Ukraine's GDP in 2023-2024

The IMF has improved its forecast for Ukraine's GDP after falling in 2022.

The IMF reports in its World Economic Outlook report.

The International Monetary Fund expects Ukraine's economic growth to improve to 2% in 2023, while in 2022 this figure is -29.1%, mainly because of the war.

Next year, the IMF predicts that Ukraine's GDP will grow to 3.2%.

In April, the IMF expected Ukraine's GDP to stabilize at -3% after falling due to Russia's full-scale invasion.

It will be recalled that in October, the International Monetary Fund reopened its office in Ukraine.
