The Central African Republic claims unknown aircraft struck Russian military base in the country

The CAR's government says a plane "flying from a neighbouring country" hit a military base and "dropped explosives on the city" of Bossangoa.

The air strike did not cause casualties, but there was material damage. The mayor of the city, Pierre Denamguere, says that the cotton factory, used as a base, was occupied by the armed forces of the state and Russians. Presumably, these are mercenaries of the Wagner Group.
