Seven power units of Ukrainian NPPs switch to American fuel

Energoatom reported that the fuel in question is from the American company "Westinghouse Electric Sweden AB."
"Ukraine became the first country on the European continent to diversify the supply of nuclear fuel for NPP reactors!" stressed Energoatom President Petro Kotin.
In addition, Energoatom is working together with Westinghouse on the creation of "domestic" nuclear fuel production in Ukraine. The complex is scheduled to be commissioned in 2026.
