Russians will try to capture the Luhansk region completely by April 1

The Kremlin considers local collaborators to be responsible for the inability of the Russian army to fully occupy the territory of the Luhansk region.
The Russians are threatening collaborators and other heads of the temporary occupation administrations that if this does not happen by April 1, they will lose their positions.
During the autumn and winter of 2022, the Ukrainian military liberated the villages near Svatove and Kreminna, as well as the village of Bilohorivka.
