Russians illegally detained and tortured Sri Lankan citizens in the Kharkiv region

For four months, the Russian Armed Forces detained foreigners at an aggregate plant in Vovchansk, subjecting them to physical and psychological abuse.

Before the beginning of the full-scale invasion of the Russian Federation, Sri Lankan citizens studied at the medical college in Kupiansk. They lived in the city together with their relatives.
