Russians attacked Ukraine with 36 missiles overnight, most of them being shot down - the President of Ukraine

Zelenskyy notes that Russian troops were striking at critical facilities.

On October 22, about 1.5 million consumers were left without electricity due to Russian missile strikes on energy facilities in Ukraine.

The President also expressed gratitude to the air defence forces, power engineers and services currently working at the sites of the attacks and restoring our infrastructure.
