Russians are preparing a new massive attack on February 23-24

Secretary of the National Security Council of Ukraine Oleksii Danilov warns that Russia is preparing a recent enormous missile attack on February 23-24.
He made the statement during a national telethon.
"We are ready for this. We understand what these attacks are after we started to "receive" 115-120 missiles on our territory. So we will cope with this day," NSDC Secretary said.
