Russian hackers attacked Estonian state websites — the Estonian Information Security Service

The targets were the websites of the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Communications, the Bank of Estonia, the Estonian National Fund and the energy company Eesti Energia. 

These attacks were repelled. The Information Security Service believes that the operation was carried out by a pro-Kremlin group of hackers.
