Russia will probably postpone the second wave of mobilization — Main Directorate of Intelligence

This may happen due to the difficulties the Russian system faced during the first wave.

Vadym Skibytskyi, deputy head of the Main Directorate of Intelligence, stated this in an interview with The Wall Street Journal.

First of all, there is a lack of high-quality equipment and professional officers.

At the same time, Russian military commissariats have already prepared to implement mobilization.

"The personnel is ready, the lists are ready, the people responsible for mobilization and training are waiting for the order," said Skibytskyi.
