On the morning of October 6, Russians attacked residential buildings in the center of Kharkiv.
The Kharkiv Regional Military Administration reported this.
16 people are reported as victims. An 11-month-old child and a 10-year-old boy died under the rubble.
The police of the region preliminarily informed about the use of the Iskander-type missile.
According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, the explosion caused by the Russians damaged 2 apartment buildings and destroyed a three-story residential building.
