Russia is not invited to the Munich Security Conference

"We will not give them [the Russian authorities] a platform for their propaganda," said the chairman of the conference, Christoph Heusgen.

However, he adds that the conference is to discuss "the future of Russia with the leaders of the Russian opposition and those who have left". The conference chairman believes that their "voices should be heard and amplified".
