Ombudsman: Russians recruit Ukrainian children to report mining of schools

Ukrainian Parliamentary Ombudsman Dmytro Lubinets claims that Russians are recruiting Ukrainian children and forcing them to report mining of Ukrainian schools.
He made the statement on November 11.

This phenomenon has become systemic throughout the country.
"This is not a game, it is a serious propaganda and intelligence work that Russia is conducting on the territory of Ukraine," Lubinets said.
According to official data, between September 1 and October 20, 2023, the National Police of Ukraine received 708 reports of a bomb threat against educational institutions.
Of this number: 937 reports were received by email, 343 by phone, and 8 by other means: mail, social media, etc.
Most reports were received in the Odesa, Chernivtsi, Zhytomyr, Rivne regions and Kyiv.
