Member of Belarusian Paralympic team involved in the deportation of children from Ukraine — National Resistance Centre

According to the guerilla movement members, the head of the “Pover v sebya” (‘Believe in Yourself’ — TN) foundation and Paralympian Aleksey Talay are committing war crimes.

This is evidenced by the statement of the NRC.

The National Resistance Centre is a Ukrainian state organisation that collects information on the temporarily occupied territory.

The guerilla movement claims that Talay is taking Ukrainian children from the temporarily occupied territory. The Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court and the Geneva Conventions for the Protection of War Victims define such actions as war crimes.

Talay is a member of the Belarusian Paralympic swimming team. He last competed at the 2021 Paralympics in Tokyo.
