Law enforcement officers discover the body of a man tortured by Russians in the cemetery of the village of Bruskinske, Kherson region

According to preliminary information, Russians killed the man in September 2022.
This was reported by the Kherson Regional State Administration.
The Russians captured the village in the spring of 2022. The Armed Forces of Ukraine de-occupied it in November.
Police opened a criminal investigation into the violation of the laws and customs of war.
