Latvia will not issue humanitarian and other types of visas to Russian citizens who evade mobilization

The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Latvia, Edgars Rinkēvičs, noted that Latvia would also not change the border crossing restrictions for Russian citizens with Schengen visas, which were introduced on September 19.

"Russians, do not try to cross the border, we are not waiting for you here, stop the war against Ukraine and get out of this beautiful country," said the head of the Foreign Affairs Ministry earlier.
