In particular, the following streets were renamed:
- Peremohy Avenue – Beresteiskyi Avenue ;
- Peremohy Square – Halytska Square;
- Michurin Lane – Bolsunovskyi Lane;
- Brest-Lithuanian Highway - Beresteiskyi Highway;
- Petrivska street – Voznesenskyi Yar Street.
In addition, on February 8, a monument to Soviet pilot Valery Chkalov was dismantled in Kyiv, and on February 9, a monument to military leader Nikalai Vatutin was dismantled.
Klytschko notes that the city administration is waiting for permission from the Ministry of Culture and Information Policy of Ukraine to dismantle the monument to Bolshevik Nikalai Shchors.
