Kyiv became the best city in the world in 2023 according to the international agency Resonance

"The historic Ukrainian capital is an outpost of courage and resilience, leading a rebellious nation against a brutal aggressor.  It is, like the rest of Ukraine, a place of inexhaustible courage in the face of daily tragedy," the agency wrote. 

Experts awarded the capital the honorary title of Best City of 2023 in the ranking of 100 Best Cities in the World due to the resilience and resilience of Kyiv residents, as well as significant development of the city's infrastructure over the past 10 years.

"Large shopping malls offer plenty of entertainment options, and no geopolitical crisis, controversial election or threat of Russian invasion has stood in the way of new investment: there are construction cranes everywhere," the report says.
