Japan strengthens sanctions against Russia
Starting from August 9, the country is expanding the list of cars that are banned for export to Russia.
Kyodo reported this.
Japan has already banned the shipment of premium cars worth more than six million yen ($43,000) to Russia.
The restrictions apply to new and used cars with gasoline and diesel engines exceeding 1,900 cubic centimeters in engine capacity, electric and hybrid vehicles, as well as tyres for large vehicles.
