In the temporarily occupied Crimea, Russians searched the house of a representative of the Ukrainian Cultural Center, Halyna Balaban — activist Olena Popova
In her words, the Russians detained the woman and took her to the so-called "court" for allegedly "publicly demonstrating Nazi symbols."
It is the second search of Balaban's house.
For the first time, Russians searched the activist's home on November 28, 2018, after which she had to leave. Halyna Balaban worked as a specialist in educational and methodological work at the Crimean Engineering and Pedagogical University at the Department of Biology, Ecology and Life Safety.
