Foreign Minister: 32 countries have already joined the group to create a special tribunal for Russia

Ukraine's Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba says two more countries have recently joined the coalition to create a Special Tribunal for the Crimes of Aggression against Ukraine. However, he did not name the countries in question.
"Now 32 states are working together to bring Russia's highest political and military leadership to justice. Putin and his henchmen will be brought to trial," Kuleba wrote.
