Experts will ensure that all decisions comply with EU and international law.
"The working group's purpose is to consider using frozen and immobilised Russian assets following EU and international law. It includes preparatory work on the legal, financial, economic and political analysis of the feasibility of such use in close coordination with partners from international organisations," the statement reads.
