Due to the Russian shelling of the energy infrastructure of Ukraine, power outages are in effect in the Kyiv, Zhytomyr, Poltava, Rivne, Kharkiv, Chernihiv, Sumy, Cherkasy, and Kirovohrad regions.
Emergency shutdowns are also likely in other regions.
