British Intelligence: Russia has introduced compulsory military training for schoolchildren

The press service of the UK Ministry of Defenсe notes that the initiative of the Russian leadership to return military training to educational institutions is likely to indicate the militarisation of society.
The schoolchildren will be trained as part of the "Fundamentals of Life Safety" subject. In addition, children will be taught how to use assault rifles, hand grenades, and personal protective equipment.
Such lessons will become mandatory from September 2023.
