Belarusian security forces kill a foreigner

They do not say which country's citizen it is — the report of the State Security Committee of Belarus.
It happened in Grodno, northwest of the country, near Lithuania and Poland.
The security forces claim that the victim allegedly resisted an attempt to kidnap him.
