In Luhansk Region, there are two settlements under the control of Ukraine

The humanitarian situation is very difficult in the territories where active hostilities took place. Russia destroyed all food warehouses and destroyed the gas, electricity and water supply systems.

The gas supply system was destroyed in Rubizhne and Lysychansk. Due to a lack of funds, the Russians will not restore it until winter. The partisan movement continues to actively operate in the Luhansk region.
