Russia prepares to "join" the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine - the Defence Intelligence

According to intelligence, the Russians are currently actively working on issues related to the possible integration of the temporarily occupied territories into the Russian Federation.

The steps that Russia is taking in the Donetsk, Kherson and Luhansk regions are evidence of systematic preparation for the so-called referendums.

It is also noted that the general mobilisation of the Russian army can be announced when war is declared.
