12 Russians received Ukrainian visas in six months

Most of them are already in Ukraine. Most of them came to Ukraine for humanitarian reasons or family reunification.
Andrii Demchenko, the spokesman of the State Border Guard Service, reported during the telethon.
"These are mostly women, children, and the elderly who received this visa and traveled to Ukraine for humanitarian reasons, family reunification, or to visit their loved ones who are in Ukraine," he said.
It will be recalled that the visa regime with Russia has been in effect since July 1, 2022. As of November 18, 10 Russians were issued visas.
