Zelenskyy: Ukraine will not negotiate with Russia as long as Putin is its President

"Ukraine was and remains a leader in negotiation efforts. Obviously, this is impossible with this Russian president," Volodymyr Zelenskyy said after the meeting of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine.

On September 30, in his statement, Vladimir Putin called on Ukraine to negotiate and threatened a nuclear strike in the event of Ukrainian troops advancing on the front line.
