The president said that in temporarily occupied Crimea, Russians are trying to find and "mobilize" as many Crimean Tatars as possible in places of compact residence.

"This is a deliberate attempt by Russia to destroy the Crimean Tatar people," the president commented on the "draft".

The head of state urged the residents of the temporarily occupied territories to avoid Russian "mobilization," to pass the information on the so-called "referendums" to the special services, and to try to leave for the free territory of Ukraine.

If it is not possible to avoid the "draft," it is necessary to sabotage Russian activity and transfer information about the Russian army to Ukraine.
