We need help, not a draw — Dmytro Kuleba in a video address to the participants of the Pan European Union Anniversary Congress
"I warn Ukraine's partners: do not offer us compromises with conscience, territorial integrity or sovereignty. Because it will be your compromises with your security," he said.
Kuleba added that assistance to Ukraine is in the interests of European countries. "By helping us, European partners help themselves, contribute to the long-term security and stability of Europe," the minister said.
The Pan European Union is a social and political movement aimed at developing pan-European patriotism. It was founded in 1922 and celebrates its 100th anniversary this year.
