Yevheniy Prigozhin, the owner of the Wagner PMC, recorded a video message allegedly from Africa.

The video was published by pro-Russian Telegram channels.

Prigozhin did not specify where the PMC was located.

"The Wagner PMC is making Russia even greater on all continents and Africa even further free," Prigozhin said.
