Wagner PMC mercenaries headed to the Suwalki Corridor, connecting the territory of the Baltic countries with Poland
Over 100 mercenaries of the Wagner PMC went to the Suwalki Corridor, which connects the Baltic states with Poland and separates Russia's Kaliningrad region from Belarus.
Polish Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki notes that Poland has faced constant attacks for almost two years.
"This year alone, there have been 16,000 attempts to cross the border illegally. Now the situation is becoming even more dangerous - more than 100 mercenaries of the Wagner Group have moved to the Suwalki Isthmus," Morawiecki said.
As a reminder, Poland is increasing the number of divisions and the total number of armed forces amid the Russian-Ukrainian war.
