US Secretary of State condemns Russian attacks on Ukrainian ports

The United States has condemned Russia's attacks on Ukrainian ports on the Danube River.
Secretary of State Anthony Blinken wrote about it on his Twitter account.
The Secretary of State stressed that Russia is systematically destroying infrastructure in Ukrainian ports.
"This is Russia's playbook: strangle Ukrainian grain exports, weaponize food, and make hungry people pay the price," Blinken wrote.
It will be recalled that in August, during another attack on the Izmail port in the Odesa region, Russians destroyed 13,000 tonnes of grain. During the latest attack on the port of Izmail, Russian drones crashed and detonated in Romania.
