US provides Israel with all means to defend itself from Hamas attacks

Joe Biden says the United States will provide Israel with all means to defend itself from Hamas attacks.

The White House press service reports this.

Joe Biden comments on his conversation with Prime Minister Netanyahu that Israel has the right to defend itself, as does every nation.

"This is not about party or politics. When Congress returns from recess, we will ask them to take urgent action to fund the national security requirements of our critical partners," he says in his speech to the people of the United States.

Biden also says that 14 US citizens are killed in Israel. Also, Hamas holds Americans in hostage.

The President informs that the US Army has strengthened its positions in the Middle East in case of deterrence. An additional aircraft carrier group has been deployed there.

It will be recalled that the Executive Office of the US President is considering combining aid to Ukraine and Israel into a single package.
