US Ambassador to Ukraine responds to Russian attack on Odesa region on September 17

US Ambassador to Ukraine Bridget Brink has commented on the Russian attack on a grain storage facility in the Odesa region on September 17.
She wrote about it in her X.
The diplomat recalled that on September 16, civilian ships entered the Ukrainian port for the first time since Russia withdrew from the grain deal.
"Russia’s response? Dawn attacks on the Odesa region. While Ukrainian grain feeds the world, Russia wages war on the civilian infrastructure needed to do it," Brink wrote.
It will be recalled that the first two civilian vessels used an alternative grain route to enter the Ukrainian port.
