Ukrainians in Lithuania can swap driving licences without taking the theory and practical exams
Ukraine and Lithuania have signed an agreement on a simplified procedure for exchanging driving licences.
This was announced by the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, Ihor Klymenko.
From now on, Ukrainian drivers can exchange their licences without taking the theory and practical exams. The same service is available to Lithuanian citizens living in Ukraine.
To obtain this service, you need to contact the State Enterprise REGITRA in Lithuania or the Main Service Centre of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Ukraine.
A simplified procedure for obtaining a driving licence for Ukrainians is also available in Italy, Turkey, Spain and the UAE.
