Ukrainian pilots get acquainted with Swedish Gripen fighter jets

In Sweden, Ukrainian pilots got acquainted with Swedish Gripen fighter jets.
This was announced by Swedish Defence Minister Pål Henning Jonson.
The pilots underwent orientation training, including test flights on the aircraft and on a simulator and instruction for ground personnel.
The experience of the orientation training should serve as a basis for determining whether the conditions for sending Gripen aircraft to Ukraine are in place, the minister said.
Earlier, Swedish Prime Minister Kristersson said that the country had no plans to provide Ukraine with JAS 39 Gripen fighters.
